Our Offer

Vila ELKOM offers you apartment-type accommodation with a restaurant and professional staff that prepares and serves dishes belonging to both local and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Structure and layout of 17 apartments on offer:
- Two two-bed apartments of which one is with double bed and one with two separate beds.
- Four three-bed apartments of which each one has a double bed and a single bed.
- Eleven duplex apartments (each with two bedrooms). There is a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other (with an opportunity to use extra bed).
All 17 apartments have a TV, an air-conditioning unit, a bathroom with massaging shower, a wardrobe and a spacious terrace that in its covered part houses a mini kitchen fully-equipped for individual meal preparation.

Vila ELKOM provides own parking space for all the users of its services. Free WiFi connection is also available in the entire facility.

- In preseason (from April 15th to June 1st; we give discount).
- In high season (from June 1st to September 15th).
- In postseason (from September 15th to October 30th; we give discount).

Beaches
Our facility is located in the central part of the Long Ulcinj Beach that gravitates toward four most prestigious beach resorts – Cabo, Imperial, Adriatica and MCM (the bearer of the “blue flag”). The Long Beach can be described as a beautiful symphony of nature – for the most part of the year, the crystal clear sea is bathed in sunshine and there are no pollutants in the vicinity. The endless sandy beach is surrounded by a pine forest, with beautiful plantations in the background.
